Group fitness classes are included free of charge as part of your BD Gyms Membership. Booking is not required, simply turn up to your club and join in!

As Europe’s only gyms with all 11 Stations of the Booty Builders you may see these feature in some classes along with a selection of kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells, bands, sandbags and body resistance exercises to help tone and sculpt to perfection. Suitable for all levels of fitness.
Focusing on just core this class is a perfect addition to your gym routine for an intense 30 minute focus on all things core. Using body resistance and accessories our fitness team will guide you through exercises giving tips on technique and form throughout. Suitable for all fitness levels.
